NEW EXPANSION FOR OUR 5-AXIS GROBB MACHINE
Forza Expands Production Capacity with a New Grob PSS-L System

At Forza, we remain firmly committed to innovation and the continuous improvement of our machining processes. Our latest investment has been the expansion of the Grob PSS-L automation system on our Grob G550 machining center, with the addition of 18 new pallets to the 15 already in place.
With this upgrade, we now operate with a total of 33 pallets, marking a significant step forward in flexibility, autonomy, and productivity.
A Strategic Expansion at Forza
Until now, our Grob G550 was equipped with a 15-pallet PSS-L system. With the incorporation of 18 additional pallets, we have more than doubled our initial capacity, reaching a total of 33 pallets available.
This expansion allows us to:
- Increase production autonomy, enabling more machining hours without manual intervention
- Combine both long series and short, varied production runs, adapting to different requirements.
- Optimize setup times and minimize waiting periods between operations
Run unattended machining across two shifts from Monday to Friday, as well as during weekends.

Impact for Our Customers
This investment not only strengthens our internal capabilities but also delivers direct benefits for our customers:
- Faster delivery times thanks to improved throughput.
- Greater flexibility to adapt to diverse machining needs.
- Enhanced reliability and efficiency in every project we undertake.
An investment aligned with our vision
At Forza, we continue to move forward with the mission of providing global solutions in clamping and machining, always guided by quality, innovation, and customer service.
